At North of Average, every piece is made to order to ensure quality and reduce waste. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.

Because our products are made to order, processing times may be slightly longer during high-demand periods, holidays, or promotional launches.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location.

United States

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after shipment

International Orders

Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days after shipment

Please note that shipping time estimates do not include processing time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products in your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any such offer will be clearly stated on our website.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipment confirmation is sent.

Multiple Items / Separate Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on product type, size, or fulfillment location.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at abdulmahmood4002@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging, if applicable

We will review the issue and work toward a suitable resolution.

Please note that North of Average is not responsible for stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated.
